“I think the wigs different colours would benefit from the model wearing them instead of the swatch colours provided. I have had to return wigs as it is nearly impossible to chose wigs in that way. Simply Wigs would also benefit from selling new, modern wigs with versatile colours. Besides that my dealings with Simply wigs and their returns system have always been pleasant and helpful.”

“Love my wig. Have gone grey. I thought it was more appropriate for my age. I have had lots of compliments from people who think it's my own hair.”

“Such a relief not to have everyone know I'm undergoing chemo. Lovely wig perfect fit. Just took it out the box, gave it a shake and plonked it on. Great!”

“Hi this is the first wig I have bought from you.As I live in Bristol I new I would have to rely on picking a wig on line so I was worried.It was late coming but I was kept up to date so when it arrived I was not totally happy with the colour but I will live with it I am not too happy about the style but I will get used to it. I am not sure I will buy again as guessing that a wig will suit me just by the internet I would much prefer to go to a shop and try it on.As I have said I live inBristol and can't find any good wig sellers so I am very frustrated.”

“Unfortunately, I have had to wear a wig since my hair loss 5 years ago. I bought my first wig from Simply Wigs and was delighted, it gave me back my confidence, and the staff were really helpful. I would not go anywhere else, as the customer service is excellent. My only hope is that the range of petite wigs available could be from a wider choice, all the wigs I really love are in the average range”

“I’m delighted with the speed of the delivery and the topper , Fizz from Ellen Willle. I have contacted you 3 times by phone and 1 e. Mail about missing 2packs of medium wig clips I ordered but still no action . I have ordered 2topperd and one human hair wig from you . Thankyou in anticipation of clip delivery.”

“The quality of the wigs is good, I have always stuck to the same style for the last 2+years, I have always had 2 at a time one on and one to be washed, I have changed the colour this time from brown to vintage pearl and the response I got was... Where did you get your hair coloured. The only reason I gave 4* was because of not having free postage when you are spending a few pounds at the time”
