“I like simply wigs , as they are very understanding and caring. When I phoned the young lady I spoke to ,she was lovely and I felt very confident. which is what you need when dealing with hair loss . Iam a nervous person and find it difficult to talk about the products I needed. But I should not have been worried, because I have tried my new product and am really happy. “I'm late to reply so apologies. I have been using Simply Wigs for a good few years now and quite simply they are by far and away the best place I have ever used for wigs. Their customer service is faultless and, as I have said before, I only wish they had been around when I was first purchasing wigs years and years ago. I made a mess of my online order and they were so kind to call me up straight away to sort out the problem which was definitely my fault. Even in lockdown I managed to go up to the store to make a purchase which despite the restrictions was brilliant and they couldn't have been better. Seriously if you need to buy a wig don't hesitate to use this company.”
