“I am not too impressed as they missed one of my products and sent someone else’s package to me as well as my own package! When I contacted them they dealt with it very efficiently but to me you have failed the customer when they have to call you to sort thing out! This is for my sister overseas and this means she will get her pack 1 week later than she should have! Not great when she needs this ASAP .”

“Prompt follow up messages and package arrived when indicated. Nicely wrapped. I was disappointed that the colour of one of the turbans was very different from expected and will be returning it. Delay on the hat, but looking forward to it arriving. The site shows lots of variety and will encourage many I think to choose something to suit them. A little expensive, but my choice rather than a wig for the summer months.”

“Good quality item however as item previewed online not instrcutions came in the leaflet to tie the same way and now disappointed i cant get the headwear to sit the same. If i would of known this i would of looked at buying a different style of headwear. I cannot fault how the item was packaged or the quality of the item but just the above.”

“To be honest, I was expecting it to be a lot fuller than it was as I have bought cheaper hairpieces from other manufacturers that have been. I thought this might be made of real hair but noticed it was synthetic. Disappointing!”

“Sadly, I expected to look like one of your models! At the age of 72 that was never going to be the case in reality. The turban fits like a skull cap and I wouldn't leave the house wearing it in case I frighten the children! I had hoped the turban might have been filled out in someway. Never mind, it will be ok in the garden as it is cool to wear instead of a hot wig.”

“the colour was darker than I expected and the wig was a bit frizzy at the ends as if it had been combed so disappointing but I shall wear it in winter. Well boxed and packaged”

“I have never worn a wig before and was apprehensive re quality but no need to worry as it was good. The reason i have given three stars is really my fault. The layers are too long for me at front also colour too dark for me (chocolate swirl). I had taken labels off so could not exchange. Will get my hairdresser to trim it after lockdown but i should have chosen lighter colour.”
