“I recently purchased some T Range fibre hair shampoo and conitioner. It arrived promptly and beautifully packaged in lilac tissue paper within the bubble wrap. Then much to my surprise and delight, within a little box was a chocolate! Due to alopecia, I have struggled with my hair loss and often feel ugly and "down" but the surprise chocolate really made my day and gave me a real boost!!”

“Been using them for years. Very reliable. My recent purchase didn’t have the colour I wanted in stock (it was discontinued), so they emailed me and asked if I wanted a different colour or a refund”
