“I’ve ordered from S W for many years and always been very pleased with my purchases. On occasions when I’ve had to phone for advice, the staff are courteous & helpful. Delivery is usually quick but if there’s a delay, emails are sent with the relevant information.”

“Ordered 5 shampoos and 1 conditioner, but only received 3 of the above in the post, wasn’t sure they they had been send in 2 separate parcels but on calling them to check they were very efficient and checked stock to discover they had only posted the 3 out, they sent the other 3 out after the Christmas break, great customer service”

“I rang simply wigs and asked if emailed some photos of how my hair was before hair loss through medication would they be able to advise. Emma Jay then sent me some suggestions, I purchased 2, they arrived very quickly, 1 was great the other I decided to send back, again this was easy and refund soon in my account. Will definitely purchase from them again”

“Arrived safely despite the ongoing postal industrial action. Very pleased with the wig, colour is dark and rich and the crop style matches my current style very closely giving me a natural transition from one stage to another.”

“I can't tell you the difference my hair topper has made to my life. I have my confidence back when wearing it, feeling more like my old self again post cancer treatment. The hair topper is so realistic and so comfortable to wear. I'm so glad I took the plunge. If you have any doubts, I would say go for it. This company are brilliant at giving advice and support. “I can't fault the service that I received from Simply Wigs. Previously I had only bought hair products such as Shampoo and Conditioner from them but this time I ordered a wig. After ordering the same wig from another company and being told the wait time would be May 23 I contacted Simply Wigs. They told me that they would have to order it in but it should take around two weeks. Sure enough the wig arrived within two weeks, even though there was a postal strike and it was coming up to Christmas. Everyone seems to be extremely polite and helpful. They will certainly be my go to Company from now on.”

“The customer service from this company is wonderful. My hair literally fell out aa couple of weeks before Christmas. They went above and beyond to help me and get a wig to me, despite the delays due to the postal strikes. The wig arrived quite and I was delighted with it. Without their help I wouldn't have been able to attend events over Christmas. Have suffered from alopecia for many years due to thyroid, I had used this company previously and have always been happy with my purchases.”
