“I absolutely love my Noriko Sky wig, I have a few wigs in this shade (Maple Sugar rooted) and this one didn’t disappoint. It’s beautiful to wear and gives me a real boost having just recently started chemotherapy for breast cancer, it’s given me some much needed confidence at what can be a trying time. Thank you Simply Wigs you’re the best.”

“Absolutely love my first wig. The large Sky Noriko in Spring Honey was a good choice. The colour has made me realise I’ve been using the wrong shade of hair colourant! I’m glad I chose a blended colour as I have never had obvious roots showing and a rooted colour would have looked unnatural on me. The large sized wig is so comfortable; so much so I can’t actually feel that I’m wearing it. This is great as my own hair is very thick and I find wearing a hat uncomfortable after a while. Delivered within two days and my purchase was very competitively priced. What’s not to like!”

“I was happy with the purchase of yhe wig. I had to call customer service and together we looked at the best wig for me. The website was easy to navigate and the 360 facility offered me the opportunity to see all angles. The wig came with style and the extra chocolate provided was a delight.”

“I have been using Simply Wigs for some years now and I find them a pleasure to deal with. There is ALWAYS a real person to talk to on the phone, not a robot :) I recently bought a new style of wig for a special occasion but when I got it, it turned out to be entirely unsuitable because I chose it in haste. It made me look like a certain ex president of the USA :( I phoned Simply Wigs (there is never a queue on the phones) and spoke to Laura who was so empathetic and agreed to refund the purchase price immediately. I chose another wig after a chat with Laura - her product knowlege is excellent. This was dispatched immediately. I'm delighted with my new purchase. The company always keep their customer up to date about their purchase and the status of any refund etc. Well done Simply Wigs - I would never deal with any other company. “What a difference you people make! Such a friendly helpful company. Customer service whether by phone or email is fantastic. Everyone is so approachable and supportive. The wide range of wigs and hairpieces gives so much choice and the descriptions are really accurate and helpful. Delivery returns and refunds have been straightforward. Suffering from alopecia was such demoralising experience until I discovered you and the help and support you provide. Thank you so much”
