“I am always tickled pink when a new wig arrives , good fast service, really nicely packaged and a bonus chocolate and there is always advice and help by a lady on the telephone. Best wig company of the lot and good prices. Sally”

“Hi, When I tried the wig on for the first time I cried because it didn't look right and I needed a wig desperately but after getting used to it I have grown to like it. It is a little thick around the roots and made my head look big. I wasn't used to the volume. I have worn hats and used products that has fattened it and now I really like it and wear it daily x”

“I have been with simply wigs for quite a few years now and never been dissapointed, I can always get advice and help from the lovely girls on the phone. If I order a wig that I feel doesn't suit me (doesn't happen often) there is never a problem returning the wig, so Thank you Simply Wig girls, and yes you are stuck with me I hope for many more years to come....thank you, joyce”

I should add that I had initially ordered a wig that was out of stock & on back order. I was offered & received an immediate refund & ordered a other style. Fantastic service & communications.
