Order a mint hair fringe on 25/5/2021 and was told on 27/5/2021 that it would be delivered in two to three weeks. Four weeks later I have no hair piece and no updated advice from Simply Wigs.

don't seem to stock what is advertised on website. Ask if you want to try variation from order but don't mention that delivery charges are not refundable when you do!

I won’t be shopping here again. The microfiber wigs are very itchy and uncomfortable so I’d say to go for a human hair wig if you can in light of that. Furthermore, the coloring of the wig that I got was called “hazelnut mix” and was said to be a dark brown with blended auburn highlights. What I received was not blended in any way. It was just that the top half of the wig was auburn and the bottom was brown. The bangs were all a bright auburn without any hint of the darker color. The comforter of my wig is not the problem though. What I take issue with is that I attempted to post a 3 star review of the wig I purchased onto the site (there are currently 3 reviews of it up, all 5 stars) but the review is not up on the site over a week later. I’d think that this was just a processing time issue if it weren’t for the fact that the photo I submitted under the “our customers” tab to show how the wig looked on was on the site within half an hour and that included me having to respond to an email with a consent form. I think it’s shameful and dishonest to intentionally bury and remove average and poor reviews.

We're so sorry that you are not happy with the product. Some of our community adore this fibre, whereas some of our customers are not so impressed. If the product is unworn, we would gladly accept this back to be refunded. Our main worry is that you are under the impression that we are not publishing reviews which are not 5 star. Please be reassured that this could be not further from the truth. We embrace all of our customers reviews - positive or negative - as this helps our customers make valid decisions on their choices. The reviews team and the 'Our Customers Photos' team are in completely different departments and you are correct initially that the delay in your product review is a timing issue. I am very sorry you asked me to write a review on this wig, I have Always ordered Star Lace Deluxe wigs from you for a very long time but this one was different for a start it was very straight and I had a job parting it the hair it just fell forward. I had to keep it because I was in need of a new one, in future if they are going to be made like this one I will have to order a different style which would be a pity, as I really liked the star lace deluxe in the past.

Ordered 2 gel spray order no 100153466 and got 2 hair spray. Sent photo and was promised gel spray no word yet. So disappointed. Ordered 15th March

The order and delivery process worked well. The wigs were disappointing though. None of the soft edges to the wig shown on the sales page. They all had hard very unnatural edges, so unless you want to have the wig fibres over your face to cover the hard wig edge, they are only usable for joke parties. Real shame I was was so looking forward to something to cover my lockdown hair.

No you are not cutting the mustard in my opinion. My order took longer than expected, when it arrived it wasn't the colour shown on your website, much darker and obviously fake looking. So if I was unhappy with my order why should I have to pay to return it?

Sorry, colours of the products straight and more specificallyGolden wheat does not match earlier product colour at all. I can not find a wrap in this range now to match my hair. The original golden wheat was perfect golden blonde with light honey blonde. The new version has ginger tones. The customer service is good. Disappointing tried the whole range now.

When I purchased three wigs in november I got an instant confirmation upon payment , not one word that one wig was out of stock. First several weeks later when I asked for delivery info that came to my attention. No I have gotten delivered two and have to wait weeks before I will have my last wig to be delivered. I then will have to take all the extra expences myself. I even asked if I could have it in another colour instead, but was only meet by poor service. Not a satisfied customer after all theese years

Happy with the product but Delivery time not acceptable. For an item that was despatched in the UK by Royal Mail and postage paid to take 2 weeks to be received Is far too long. Can see why no delivery information was given on the order confirmation. Will not be ordering from you again.

I have been very disappointed that Simply Wigs would not give me a refund for an unused wig because part of the packaging was missing. I bought many hairpieces from this company and expected better customer service for a once loyal customer.
