The product so far seems perfect and I am really pleased with the finish and how it looks. I was also very impressed with your most prompt service. Sadly I didn't think the packaging was fit for purpose. The cardboard tubing was badly damaged and I only realised later that the end cap on the rail had been damaged also. You have very kindly agreed to send a replacement but as the cap has been glued in place I may not be able to replace it. Considering the above, I was surprised the brackets weren't damaged as the makeshift way they were attached to the cardboard tube was not ideal. I am sure the rail did not leave your company in this damaged state so I think the delivery company should carry the blame here.
