“Very nice handrail and hardware. Delivery issues due to their courier closing down but they kept me upto date with emails which was good. Only problem was having to drill our own holes for the ends which I expected to have been pre-drilled. It was quite hard for us to get these perfectly centered to fit the pretty antique brass ends. But other than than very nice product and good communication from the company. Thank you!”

Hi Farheen, Thank you so much for your review. Tuffnells going into administration has been the biggest challenge that we have faced so thank you for staying patient with us. The end caps are designed so the handrail can be cut down which alot of our customers like to do. “The glass was just dumped on my front garden without any notice of delivery I was very disappointed by this as we had spent quite a lot of money for this product”

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your review. I am sorry but we did email on 26th June to say that your glass would be delivered on 03/07. Our glass plant would have called you on the day of delivery for you to be there to take it. Usually, if no one is home, they refuse to deliver as they struggle to lift the heavy panels off by themselves. This is why we always notify our customers as the driver's often require their help. The driver has clearly tried to ensure you didn't have to wait a week or two for re-delivery and delivered 175kg of glass on his own. I am sorry that you are disappointed with our delivery service, he was trying to avoid any delays for you but I will pass on your comments. We hope that you are happy with the overall product. “Used their online quote system on a Bank Holiday Sunday, the MD emailed me on the Bank Holiday Monday offering help with any questions I might have. Following a few more emails I placed, and paid for, the order that evening. The posts arrived 3 days later, the glass arrived promptly, allowing for the fact I notified them I was away for a few days so couldn't take delivery during that period. All in all I cannot find fault with the company, their communication or the product and I am extremely happy with the look of the finished patio.”

“yet to put rail in place yet but the service has been great. the communication between us and the company was particularly good. responses to initial interest to many questions not a problem to them.speedy response and helpful all the time. the speed of the rail delivery was excellent and it was properly wrapped for protection. would definitely recommend this company.”

“I ordered a 2m, 316 stainless steel handrail. Transaction was easy to order on line. It arrived on time as stated. The flat ended brush steel handrail was well packed and contained 3 supports and the relevant screws. The handrail is easy to assemble with pre drilled and tapped holes. Not only is the handrail very sturdy it has added an elegant look to the garden stairs. Excellent product.”

“Ordered gold effect stainless letterbox on 24th May which was recieved, well packaged, on 27th. Very easy to fit replacing an alloy one which was corroding. Seems well made and looks very smart. A good and speedy service and pleased with the purchase.”

“All materials are of excellent quality and delivery and packaging was good. The only criticism I have is the lack of guidance for installation. It would be useful to have had a stick on straight line on the rail so attaching the brackets would be easier.”
