“Hi I needed a replacement door for my smeg oven , I googled to see my options noticed some where nearly half the price of a new oven , I did spot one on whitegoods but was dubious due to the fact for some of the feedback, I was glad as I took no notice , the genuine smeg oven glass door arrived very quickly, it looks absolutely 100 % amazing well done to whitegoods . Keep up the good work girls and guys .”

“Given the vast number of different parts in one machine x the number of different brands, this site made easy work of finding and ordering a part. I havn`t used the parts yet but they arrived very quickly, earlier than expected in fact.”

“The service has been atrocious. It was only after ordering some items that it confirmed I would not receive them for 10 weeks which is absolutely ridiculous and am not able to call and speak with someone or cancel the order. I've never known any company to have such an extended SLA. I ordered as I am vacating a rental property and the items will not be received until long after we have left the property. I wish for someone to contact me ASAP regarding my order.”

“I needed a new flap done for my fridge/freezer and found it quickly on the UK Whitegoods site. Easy to navigate site to find items and easy to place order. Will definitely use them again. Not delivered yet but expecting any day now.”

“did not even receive the spare part, they said delivery by the 6/4/23. i contacted them and they said its a special order item, they did not say that when i ordered it. on website it said i get item by the 6th. they had not even sent it out, if i had known it would be 3 weeks i would not have ordered from them. if i had not contacted them they was going to rip me off. no infomation what so ever.. they was hoping i would forget about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Item arrived after some delay. The explanation via emails was understandable and the part arrived soon after. Would recommend and use Whitegoods again for any spares. Thank you.”

“Ordered an item online to find my payment had been returned a couple of days later. No information was given why. Very poor customer feed back and would now prevent me returning to the website in the future. Don't sell items that are not in stock and appologise to customers if you are at fault.”

“I ordered a part which was meant to be delivered any date between 30th March to 10th April. It’s going on to the 13th April. Still haven’t heard anything back. No correspondence or ETA in regards to the part. Tried ringing the head office on hold or the phone just cuts off.”
