The service has been atrocious. It was only after ordering some items that it confirmed I would not receive them for 10 weeks which is absolutely ridiculous and am not able to call and speak with someone or cancel the order. I've never known any company to have such an extended SLA. I ordered as I am vacating a rental property and the items will not be received until long after we have left the property. I wish for someone to contact me ASAP regarding my order.
