“I always read the reviews on sites and this site was given some bad ones, however, the replies given by the company were among the most thorough I've ever seen on the net and it appeared to me the company was NOT at fault. My order arrived promptly, was the correct genuine part as was clearly stated on the page and was CHEAPER than other sites so it's all good. Will use them again if I need parts.”

“It was a good experience. I had been given a time range. Although the part ordered was not in stock, Whitegoods still delivered within the date range specified. They were also prompt on answering my queries.”

“Good website, easy ordering and good description of the product. Perfect fit although the cooker company Britannia had changed the product slightly. Took 7 days to get to me but kept informed that this was the time to delivery. Slightly more expensive compared to the others in the market but less so than the manufacturer of the cooker. The complete description and pictures of the device made up my mind for me Reliable. Strongly recommended.”

“Used firm previously prompt reliable service . Found part I needed easily on site . On same page of item I needed was the screw to fit the part (which I didn’t think I needed ) so I bought one just incase . Good I did as screw in oven had distorted . Thank you”
