“Had a Smeg microwave that had a door clip that broke. All other suppliers would only supply a full door, at circa £400. UK Whitegoods were able to supply the plastic inner section of the door (that was all that was needed) at a fraction of the cost. The part was as described and arrived within the lead time advised. Straight forward, simple and saved a lot of money.”

“I had been looking for a replacement for the lower bottle rack for my integrated fridge/freezer without success. The usual online suppliers didn't have the model number and the measurements were all too narrow, too wide, too deep etc. Found UK white goods, which has an extensive list of spare parts, loads of model numbers and the exact measurements. In addition very reasonable price. The rack arrived within two days and is a perfect fit. Very happy.”

“Poor experience as only found out order had been cancelled by contacting company when received possible scam email from a courier.It appears that a computer glitch had caused order to be cancelled. However it transpired order would have been cancelled anyway as price quoted and paid was not enough as price of goods had gone up.Very surprised as thought by paying quoted price that secures the goods.No apology or offer to provide goods even at higher price.Very poor customer service would not recommend.”

The problem is that if a bank etc cancels an order we don't see it, know about it or are informed in any way about it. So until you contacted us, we didn't have a clue about any problem. And, as good as we are, we don't have the mystical powers required to see things that we're not made aware of.

“I had to contact UK Whitegoods to confirm which cooker timer I needed. The one I required was not on the website so I was advised how to order the correct part. The part arrived and has since been fitted. It works fine so I'm pleased.”

Perhaps better not to write a "review" then until you get the goods or, email the spares team and ask them about it as they'd be more than happy to help you with that and advise accordingly. Comments like this on here, we can't do anything about.
