“Initially they had difficulty as the product was damaged when they received it. They eventually got a replacement which received it was very well packed to prevent damaged. On the occasions I emailed them David Quinn replied promptly. I will use them in the future if the need arises.”

Well, that's simply not true. You ordered the wrong part. Your message was: I purchased a "Chrome Wire Oven Shelf" from you but unfortunately it doesn't fit my Hisense Oven. Could you give me return / refund instructions please

“I enquired about a spare part for a food processor via chat and very quickly received a very full reply to explain why it was not in stock ( it was obsolete ) and the replacement was also not in stock, and as it would be coming from France and with hold ups at the ports it was uncertain when it would arrive. Thank you to Whitegoods for the full and honest information. I shall be looking for a whole replacement, but not one from France.”

They identified the part that I needed for my now discontinued Beko washing machine and supplied it to me very quickly - even though I’d been told by other firms that parts take 6 weeks to be delivered, and the part I needed was now unavailable. “I needed spares for a cooker hood but I had no idea what to order from the large selection available from Whitegoods U.K.. Fortunately Kenneth was very helpful and he helped me choose the correct items from the stock list. The good were well packed and sent by courier.”

“Really helpful and quick to respond. The only negative issue was that they didn't tell me the item was out of stock so order time longer than they quoted. This is down to Brexit delays so beyond their control. Still not received it 11 days on.”
