We've always bought our spares for our washing machine over the years and couldn't fault the service until recently, when we ordered a part, only for the order to be cancelled. We looked on your website to see if we made a mistake and saw that it was cancelled because you more than doubled the price of the original item we ordered. When that part goes on our machine, we are going to have to do some soul searching as to whether or take the hit with buying the part, or buy a brand new machine.
