“Ok, so the part I ordered was out of stock, would have been good to know that up front. However, getting a refund immediately from the customer service by the staff was excellent.”

“I needed a replacement fridge door seal but when I emailed my details, I recieved a fast reply stating that the part I needed was no longer available due to the age of my fridge. Was hoping they might have offered an alternative but didn't.”

“Part was ordered on a Wednesday and was not dispatched until following Monday. Very disappointed as this left me with no appliance for over a week. Quality of part was good.”

“I wanted a new drawer for a freezer and I could not find the model number. As it is an integrated freezer, I wanted to avoid removing the drawer and/or dragging the item out. I asked for the measurements of the item and they do not record them nor do they feel this is worthwhile, which is frustrating. Of course, it would be great if manufacturers put parts numbers on items or the model number on display inside the freezer. The staff were helpful, but it was frustrating they did see any value in including measurements.”

“My enquiry was the cost of replacement freezer drawers for a Liebherr Freezer. The cost worked out to be not far short of the cost of a new freezer ! Needless to say, they were not bought. Absolute rip off, not blaming Whitegoods maybe it's what they have to pay to get the items into stock.”

“I have only had the AIR Fryer since last Christmas and the part is plastic but it should have lasted a lot longer than 9_10 months so this needs to be looked into to make it stronger x”

“Goods arrived well packed but sadly were not quite as expected so no use to me . The company were unable to ship to Guernsey unless I paid £240 so I organized this myself.”

“We have a montpellier under the counter fridge freezer the logo is on the freezer door and M fell off the name so I rang to buy another letter M after a little time the representative told me I would have to buy a new door as the letters were not available ,so I went to Amazon and got one the next day in fact a packet of them for about 4 pounds i thought that a little strange”

“Although it was very helpful to be given information about the parts needed for my cooker, I was unable to purchase the element as UK Whitegoods are unable to send goods to France. However, once I had the necessary part no I was able to order from a company willing to post to EU.”

“I ordered a new oven shelf which it stayed fitted my oven. When it arrived it did jot. After numerous emails where I was assured it was the correct part I returned the item and it was confirmed the wrong part had been sent. I paid money to return this item which was £6 and I was not offered any refund on this. Yes they did eventually sort out the issue but would I buy from them again probably not.”
