Have tried to order a seal using mine and my wife's credit card but either will not work It cannot be the card as we have no problem with all other transactions. It seems to go through then nothing.

I bought this item as it said it was for my freezer, however when it arrived it was far too big, I have tried to contact the company by telephone twice but a message said they the 4 lines are not taking call, I have now sent three mails as it said on they phone message to do this but still no replies. So I would not go with company. As by I feel I have wasted £16 and it could have been more.

We would only send what you ordered. There has been no other contact so we have no idea what you wanted the part for.

I sent a photograph of the part I needed and ordered your recommended part but it's the wrong piece. Partly my fault as I asked for the upper dishwasher tray but it's the wheel on the inside of the dishwasher that the tray slides along. I am disappointed

Free delivery was utterly, unforgivably slow. It wasn't just the courier - the notification that they had dispatched was almost a week. Use a slow courier - but at least give it to them in a timely fashion.

Unfortunately I was not able to complete my online purchase and was sent an email saying my order was pending. As no specific reason was given for this I tried to contact uk whitegoods for further information (as requested on the email) however the phone number given was not being answered and I’m still waiting for a reply to my email. I’m a bit disappointed.

I ordered an oven motor and needing it urgently I paid extra for courier delivery. It was supposed to be delivered within about 5 days. I was not even provided with a tracking number for a week with no estimate of delivery date. The company blamed the Royal Mail but it was not being sent by Royal Mail. I ordered from another company (paying even more ) for guaranteed 24 hour delivery. That one arrived on time and was installed - about two hours before the Whitegoods courier tossed it over our fence into a flower bed. No compensation or delivery option was offered. It is unlikely I will use them again.

And yet you did. But the part you need is not listed and that's down to the brand owner of Swan, not us. If they published the information we'd be able to find the part or info on it but, they don't so we cannot do so.

Disappointed that my item took over a week to get it,may be a good idea to tell customer that the item was not in stock and had to be ordered in,i do accept that part of delay was down to postal strike

Ease of ordering, (Score-4) Paid xtra for asap shipping, that doesn’t mean they have the part in stock. Very frustrated with the website, parts were not onsite when ordered, 2 week delay because of shipping (score-1) Customer service by phone is not available, (score-0) Customer service by email is honest, responsive and informative (score-5), I was able to find my parts elsewhere, and received them in 2 days Requested customer service confirmation regarding canceling this order, +5 days and still no confirmation (score-0) 9 pt / 5 services = avg score 2

Asked about a thermostat for a Hotpoint fridge I had an equivalent number the chap told me NO it would not fit, I bought it from somewhere else it was perfect???

Item ok.Delivery was terrible. Hermes man open house doors himself and drop parcel inside house. Getting in to someone privet house is unacceptable and beyond any rules.

Unfortunately the delivery driver put the parcel in the wrong place and whitegoods was not helpful in insisting on a refund from the parcel company (evri), so I did not get my part and I still had to pay for it.

I inquired about prices and availability of several spare parts I still have not received a reply after 2 weeks. Checked Spam Folders nothing in those.

Very prompt response, was able to answer my queries. I ordered Elica Crystal control module kit for my cooker hood and it didn’t come with the required starting capacitor for the cooker fan. I was told by the rep initially that I needed to order a kit which I had. Then I was told I would have to pay additional cost for the capacitor even though had already paid £100 for the kit!!

Hi Bernard, As per the email response that was sent, you acknowledged you understood: "On that one it's not included as different size capacitors can be used on different productions using the board so, it cannot be included as you'd not know what one to include." Which is logical and sensible. At no point did you ask us about the capacitor that I can see. We cannot be held responsible for what anyone else may or may not have told you.

Appalling customer service. Replacement part arrived on time (would have got 1 star otherwise) but I needed advice as it differed from the original part. Unable to contact Whitegoods: Phone number now disconnected so cannot speak to a human so, as advised (on recorded message) emailed (twice) over the course of 10 days but no reply - and still no reply three weeks later. Couldn't even make contact to request a refund if they didn't reply to my original enquiry. I shall not be buying from Whitegoods again, but probably trying eSpares instead!

filter turn up with footprints all over the envelope so I took photos expecting the worst. Open the package to find damage to the corners where the filter would clip into the extractor. Put the filter in and it was ok just and has it is out of sight and will be replaced again in the next six months I will live with it

Ridiculously overpriced. I was looking to replace two plastic supports for a glass fridge shelf and was quoted over £60 for the pair by UK Whitegoods. This is roughly 10% of the cost of a new fridge! I appreciate the UK Whitegoods has to make some commission however for an item that should cost circa £5-10 this is a 600 - 1000% mark-up. Needless to say, I fixed the bracket with a white angle steel bar which is even stronger.

Your complaint lies with the manufacturer, not us as we do not make the items nor do we set the pricing of them. All we do is supply parts.
