“Love the bottle but lid shattered when it rolled off a car seat onto the floor, bottle was only 3 days old and no replacement lids for the Guzzler, so it’s a whole new bottle?!!!!”

“Would not recommend. I bought the Pacto mug, which is great as a cup but not so great with the lid. You can easily drink the first bit but when you get nearly half way down, it is hard to get any liquid out. It the decides to spurt liquid out the more you tip it up. Thos is ok if you want a face full of coffee and your hair to be soaked .”

“Poor customer service. Tried to return an item that was leaking and wasn’t keeping the drink hot but they made it very difficult so I gave up. Don’t buy the Callix Coffee Flask if you want something that is water and heat proof. Apparently, according to customer service, it’s “splash proof” not waterproof! Ridiculous for a flask.”

Hi there, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry you feel this way. I can see that you requested a return of a used product as it wasn't leak proof. Unfortunately, the Calix is not leak proof and is not advertised as leak proof so this is not classed as a faulty product. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. “I was thrilled too get my bottle easy too order and delivery was fast unfortunately I have a leaky bottle which I discussed with customer services. So far they have requested videos and pictures of every angle of the bottle which I have sent. Now I'm being asked for more images so I have given up & won't be purchasing any more items in the future. Its such a shame customer service let's them down.”

Hello Claire, Thanks for your review and I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, we do sometimes need photos and videos sent across so we can determine whether the leaking issue is down to a missing/loose seal, the lid or the bottle itself. As soon as we get to the route of the issue, we can then arrange for replacement parts to be sent out. “Although I love the bottle the leakage is not great. I have bought two bottles and one has a rubber stopper but the other one doesn’t, so when my grandson drinks from it it leaks everywhere .. shame”

Hi there, This doesn’t sound quite right. As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours. “I’m giving 2 stars as the customer service was great. I bought my kids one of these each as an upgrade on a supermarket version which was superb. The first 2 I was sent had faulty lids that just kept falling apart, as mentioned, customer services were great and sent out 2 new units. However, these lids are still an issue. They are extremely fiddly to get the seal bit to stay in, often causing my 12 year old a lot of stress and food leaks in his school bag. Not really what we wanted to be honest. Unless there is something I am doing wrong I cannot understand the fuss about these food warmers. 🤷🏻‍♀️ sorry sho. I’m not a fan.”

“I bought this water bottle as a sports bottle for my bicycle as I like to have cold water when cycling and bought this for a cycle holiday to India. The straw is awful, you don’t get enough water from it and have to suck quite hard. If you tip it then it leaks. It would have been much better with just a sport flip lid thing. The other bottle the guzzler is too big to fit a bike bottle cage. Sadly it’s pretty awful for what I wanted it for. My other shoh bottle is fine and I like the brand & customer support. It’s just the straw design that’s bad.”

“Disappointed with this drinks container as barely keeps the drink hot for more than an hour. Luke warm contents after 2 hour fitness classes. Also leaks slightly from slider top.”

“This kidsbotyle is beautifully made durable and indeed keeps drinks warm or cold for long periods of time. My only problem is that it leaks. The advert shows the bottle being pushed over and keeps the floor completely dry however mine leaks everywhere. Sorry but this makes the bottle really difficult to use for my child.”

“The cup is nice but the slidet lid is not well designed and it drips after each sip so I won't really use it . Delivery took over 2 weeks aswell . I personally won't purchase another sho product.”

“Got 2 cups paid extra for tge better lids. One didn't come with lid, I emailed and sent photo evidence but still have not had a reply. That was 13 days ago”
