“Very disappointed. Unless it's filled to the absolute brim, my food ends up lukewarm. (A standard tin of soup won't fill it). I even preheated it for an hour before filling, and did all the tinfoil nonsense they suggest on their Facebook page. I informed them after the first use, only to be told no refund if its been used. Unless you're happy to send it back for 'testing' which will be completely subjective, and probably have it returned to you. How does the customer 'prove' there's a fault? No protection for the Consumer if you're unhappy with it - be very aware before buying!! I'm having to put this one down to experience.”

“I am sorry but I was very disappointed with my flask’s . It does not keep your food warm with just 1 tin of soup . I got told to fill it to the top but to do that I would need 2 tins of soup . So who can eat 2 tins so I am very disappointed.”

“I bought this for my soup done the 10mins hot water the soup was boiling hot 4 hrs later the soup was lukewarm very unhappy contacted customer service they didn't help as for my money back no reply back 😑”

“Really like the style and size of the sho pacto. Unfortunately disappointed with the performance. This doesn't keep my morning coffee warm for very long at all - needs to be drank within 30 minutes to be warm. I had a cheap one from a popular budget supermarket that was much better performance and kept my drink warm at work for hours! Overall - wouldn't buy again disappointingly”

“Beautiful design, not hot as advertised food is luke warm despite following the instructions. 10 hours is a massive over estimated time. It's warm at 4 hours and tepid by 5 hours. For the price I do expect better. Will not be ordering any other products from SHO Sorry!”

“Lovely cup, colour and design are great, went by reviews and looked good but it not, made coffee for work at 7am, by 9 am it was cold, did not stay hot at all, tried it 2nd day to see and was the same, i have a cheaper cup and stays hot for at least 5 hours so prob never use the SHO one again, so waste of money,”

“Not as impressed as I’d thought. Lovely looking cup but not better than my £5 Asda one! Doesn’t keep as warm, small hole in top means you can’t carry as safe & difficult to drink out of the lip without leaking.”

“Bought these coffee cups for the preschool as the promotion suggested a good gift for teachers!! They are not good. The lids are not secure which was the whole reason for buying. Also consider whether they are for male or female as they are very wide for a female hand. Unable to return even though unused as we had rinsed ready for use. This was when we realised the lid is not safe for our use. Please consider carefully before purchase. Lovely colours though. Water bottles are perfect.”

“I have ordered several water bottles and they have been very good but recently ordered a coffee mug and it leaks everywhere. So can’t put it in bag to travel and got to always have it in hand which is not ideal.”

“Haven’t got product yet because accidentally ordered to a friends address. Noticed immediately, emailed Sho, nothing back and delivered the parcel to my friend. Nothing to do with product but customer service availability/access could improve when you make silly mistakes like me. Have a water bottle from years ago from them and love it so I’m sure I’ll love this new one too when I get it from my friend.”

“Looks great but does not keep hot drinks hot for anywhere as long as is stated. After 3 hours my drink was Luke warm and was piping hot when first put in. Very disappointing”

“The flask only works if filled absolutely to the brim with fluid. If it's only half full then it is luke warm after 4 hours. Customer Services advise that is correct and is how it is expected to perform. I wish I had bought a cheaper brand.”

“I have only used coffee cup so far and not that happy with it . It doesn’t keep my coffee hot enough for long and the drinking spout is not great ! It’s not worth the money I paid , disappointed.”
