“Following all the instructions but food is barely warm after a few hours. I've even put tin foil in the top over the food but it's still just tepid at lunch time, Very disappointing also my condiment compartment does not open at all.”

“Pre heated my food flask as per instructions put my burning hot soup into the flask at 9.30 put it in the car and started my journey 4.5hrs later drank my Luke warm soup! Really isn’t great at all”

“It's ok for cold drinks hence the 2 stars, however I feel its very bad for hot drinks as it seems very dangerous and as for the customer service im very unhappy with that sho don't care about their customers and not happy with the response when you need to contact them.”

“Delivery was quick. I have 2 of the kids bottles. Found them to be good at first. Customer support were helpful when the silicone stopper fell out of the lid of one of the bottles, they kindly sent me a few replacements. However, this stopper was falling out of one of the bottles, almost on a daily basis. They’re not leak or spill proof when the spout is open whatsoever. My little boy often drenches himself with the entire contents of the bottle within a matter of minutes. Unfortunately won’t be using them anymore. Seems they’re labelled as “Kids bottles” purely for the pattern on the bottles rather than the design of them”

“I tried my new coffee mug. Couldn’t use in my bag it would go everywhere from the hole and lid not secure also burnt skin off my lip the metal ring got so hot around mouth and coffee was kept hot can’t complain about that as that’s the iintebded purpose but no skin left on lips 😭”

“We already have 4 guzzler bottles and I’ve ordered a small bottle to take in walks but was disappointed as the straw was bent and it will not work properly when trying to suck up the water … not very happy … the guzzler bottles are so much better … would be grateful if you could send me another straw …. A straight one please!!”

“I had really high hopes for this product, but unfortunately it doesn't work. I cooked breaded chicken at 7am, to take to work for lunch. I pre heated the container with 10 minutes of boiling water and added the chicken piping hot. At lunch time, they were mildly warm and soggy. Sadly, I won't be able to use this product as intended so I feel I have wasted my money.”

“Only used the travel mug twice and the lid leaks as I found out once I got to work and it leaked inside my bag!! Emailed customer services waiting a response. Not a great start for new customer.”

“I have both the food flask & a coffee cup. Both are beautiful colourful designs that lift the spirits. Unfortunately neither of them hold the heat as promised after about 3 hours. I have followed instructions & 'primed' them with boiling water for 20 minutes - they are still disappointing compared to the traditional 'Thermos' brand.”
