“The website was not brilliant took my money before I had finished sent 2 emails I was told I couldn't add the item I wanted would have to re order and pay postage. I then sent another email and someone else answered it same sort of attitude then said I could order item and she would take postage off but it was worded in a way that she just wanted me off her back. I will return to the people I usually use much better bottles etc and amazing customer services chilly bottles”

“I feel so gutted by this purchase. The shape is so problematic...too bulbous. It doesn't fit in a standard car cup holder which was essential ....also when you think it is empty it isn't and you have to swig it back like you are downing a pint! So many people recommend SHO , maybe I chose the wrong design:(”

“Received part of my order, water bottle for a child, still waiting on the straw lid, customer services shocking send email still 14 days laters no response. Although ‘Simon’ keeps emailing asking if I’d like to purchase further items… that would be a big fat NO, never again.”

“Item got lost in the post so contacted SHO for a replacement. 10 Days after first contact with SHO, a replacement was sent out. Item finally arrived almost 3 weeks after ordering I was told that they only have 2 people in the support team and they were busy hence the delays. Not fair on the team. You need extra support during ‘busy’ periods”

“I was so pleased to find a food flask that would keep my baby’s food hot, but unfortunately I didn’t read the small print enough when I reached your products and it’s doesn't keep his food warm! As am not fully filling the container it does not keep it work! I am gutted as it’s lovely and I feel like I Wasted my money now. Maybe your points should state it’s not sutabale for baby food.”

“Purchased a 1.7 flask. Great at keeping drinks cold but absolutely impossible to drink from due to the large opening and screw top. Unfortunately won't be using it as originally intended everyday because of the lid”

“Made 2 orders both with problems, first Oder came damaged in the post which they replaced the bottle thank you, second bottle the lid became detached from itself and the blue colour came off and went cloudy, poor design, the bottles definitely don’t stay cold for 24hours that’s a lie, not tested hot fluids yet.”

“Sadly it doesn't keep food that hot, piping hot porridge after 1 hour in the food Flask is tepid. To say it's supposed to keep food hot for 10 hours is a big stretch. Disappointed”
