Haven’t got product yet because accidentally ordered to a friends address. Noticed immediately, emailed Sho, nothing back and delivered the parcel to my friend. Nothing to do with product but customer service availability/access could improve when you make silly mistakes like me. Have a water bottle from years ago from them and love it so I’m sure I’ll love this new one too when I get it from my friend.

Looks great but does not keep hot drinks hot for anywhere as long as is stated. After 3 hours my drink was Luke warm and was piping hot when first put in. Very disappointing

The flask only works if filled absolutely to the brim with fluid. If it's only half full then it is luke warm after 4 hours. Customer Services advise that is correct and is how it is expected to perform. I wish I had bought a cheaper brand.

I have only used coffee cup so far and not that happy with it . It doesn’t keep my coffee hot enough for long and the drinking spout is not great ! It’s not worth the money I paid , disappointed.

I used my flask for the first time, following all the advice and I a sad to say I was very disappointed. My food was barely warm. Absolutely nowhere near hot. I'll use it again, taking extra care to follow the advice, but currently, I'm not enamored with the product. It looks lovely, though, so there's a positive.

Not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but my food is not staying hot- it is barely warm by the time I eat it at lunchtime.

I bought one so I didn't need to use the microwave at work. Heated my soup up and put it in my sho at 6.30am, 12.30 pm I had lunch. It was just warm. I did put boiling warm in first so disappointed

I ordered the calix in very berry. It came very well packaged. Unfortunately it doesn't keep my coffee hot for more than 3/4 hours and it is not leak proof or splash proof so care needs to be taken with it.

Cooked some noodles in the morning , heated the flask as advised but come lunchtime the noodles were just lukewarm so not as I expected !

I have the guzzler and I was very happy with it until the top disintegrated when it came into contact with a small child’s plastic ball. It ended up on its side and the top just fell apart. I’ve been offered a 20% discount on a replacement top but on looking at the reviews there is at least one customer who has had the same experience. I’ll end up paying for postage so it’ll cost me £10 or so to get a new top on a £22 bottle. Not the best experience, sadly so I’d recommend you treat it with care ….

I received my order (the guzzler 1.9) but it didn't holds the coldness. I could put lots of ice in and withing 20mins it had gone! I was advised to put boiling hot water in it overnight even though the instructions said don't do this site the the topper. A work colleague pointed out it was the same size as hers (950mls) and I was adamant she was wrong. Low and behold we check the bottom, is been sent the 950ml. Poor checking process.

Still to experience the products as designed sadly. Love the design of my bottle, but sadly the flow is so slow that makes it unfit for purpose. Currently waiting for a replacement valve which will hopefully solve the problem. Waiting patiently (a week+ now) and very much hoping this resolves the issue, as so keen to start guzzling with my beautiful bottle

I loved the bottles, specially the engraved one for my child. However, we only received two of the three bottles we ordered :-( I am afraid this might not be the best place to bring this to your attention but I wasn't sure how else to get in touch.

straw broke within first two days. personalisation can barely be seen as it over the design and very small.

I bought an XL bottle for my partners birthday present, it arrived dented. Although I emailed SHO I haven’t heard anything over a week later. I’ve had to give the dented bottle to my partner now because the birthday has arrived!
