“I ordered a Sho sports bottle and I will never regret it. The product is absolutely amazing it keeps my drinks cool all day long and it keeps my tea warm for hour and hours. Easy to fill and carry around the bottle is a sturdily made drinks container and is very stylish, I would definitely recommend.”

“I lost the silicone seal to my flask sent an email but unlike a lot of companies customer service departments I got a speedy reply telling me that they'd send a replacement free of charge it arrived today as promised so happy I can use my flask again”

“This is the first bottle I have bought that does not leak!! After all the other bottles I’ve bought, I could have had many SHO bottles! So, I have bought another one to keep the dogs water cold when I’m out and about! Thank you SHO much….”

“Lovely bottle but first time out the mouth piece opened up and consequently water leaked all over my bag. Another problem is when using the mouth piece liquid doesn’t easily flow through. Such a shame as other bottles I have from Sho are fine. Do I have a faulty one?”

“I absolutely love ally cups and have bought one as gifts also. There was a mixup on my list order but once I sent the email within 24hrs someone got back in touch and my order was fixed and within a few days my guzzler arrived. Thank you so much and I will be buying from you again soon. Need to start my Christmas shopping soon”

“Received a defective bottle where the plastic bit would keep falling out which is a choking hazard for young children. Customer service was terrible and completely unhelpful. In the end I had to resolve through PayPal who decided in my favour.”
