“Our whole family have SHO bottles and we even bought for our extended family as Christmas gifts last year. This year we purchased another for our newborn son ready for when he starts weaning however it got lost in the post. I contacted SHO and they sent out a replacement straight away with no questions asked. Great bottles and brilliant customer service. Thanks!”

“The one I purchased was for a c Christmas present so haven't had their opinion yet, however I had one for my birthday this month it doesn't keep the food as hot as I expected but it does the job for a warm lunch. Customer service was great as didnt get my first order and another was sent and arrived in 2 days. Greatly appreciated.”

“Excellent customer service, delivery was quick & efficient, but if a mix up with colours but was solved quickly & another one sent out within a couple of days. The items are lovely & keep your drink extremely hot, or cool if cold drink. Would definitely recommend”

“Love my SHO Newt bottle! I've bought one for my daughter too.. It's so easy to carry around and fits perfectly in all my bags. Quality is excellent and it's so easy to clean (also because all of its parts can go inside the dishwasher)!”

“Beautiful packaging, love the design I brought 2 items one is a Christmas present because my son loves the brand, my mug kept my hot chocolate , HOT.. for ages The only thing I would say if you have a disability it might be hard to grip.. AM 💯 HAPPY WITH SHO PRODUCTS”

“What can i say, i bought so many of Sho's products and i love them all, i give all mine out as gifts, the cups stay nice and warm,and the guzzler cups stays cold for hours and hours,my girls actualy think i have issues as i have so many 🤣”

“I have been buying Sho products for a long while now. I just love them! I buy them now as gifts as so many people comment on the beautiful designs but also how well they are made. My kids have them, my nieces and nephews, friends, partner anyone who says then need a water bottle, I come straight to Sho!”
