“Just received my new sports water bottle, and a calix for my Dad who needed a new reusable coffee cup- splashed out on personalisation too as got great black Friday deals. Excellent service as always for excellent products.”

“I ordered a flask nine days later still hadn’t received it. I emailed asking where it was. I was told i should receive it in a few days. Still not received it.”

Unfortunately, it is taking Royal Mail a bit longer than usual to scan our orders in at the moment due to the higher volume of parcels they have to process this time of year. “Have bought various items over the years , the last being coffee mugs. Drinks always remain at temperature and we have travelled over 2 hours with piping hot coffee at the end !”

“Ok so as a flask its a nice flask. As far as food staying hot for the length of time stated I wouldnt believe that one bit!! I heated soup roasting hot after using boiling water in flask exactly as per instructed at 8am. Soup was edible but only just, it was luke warm only by 12.30pm. I like the colour options and size fits my lunch bag perfectly. But thats it really.”

“Lightweight cup which keep my coffee hot for hours. As a Teacher I am not able to make cups of coffee as and when, this cup keeps me going easily for 2 hours till I have a break. Thank you😊”
