“Item arrived well packed. Instruction leaflet inside, also QR code to link to youtube video showing how to disassemble/assemble product for washing. Took me a little while to remember how the small gasket went in but can now do it. Keeps drinks cold for hours (haven't done hot or fizzy yet), very pleased with my purchase.”

“Great Product Bought one for me and my partner for our trip to Disneyland Paris. Kept our drinks freezing. So easy to wash and keep hygenic. Nicely packaged, would make a nice present. Will difinitely use SHO again Brilliant”

“Ordered twice now, Love the products but on both occasions the delivery have been slow, I wouldn’t of minded but my 15 year old asked me to order a personalised bottle for her sisters birthday and it didn’t arrive in time even though we ordered it nearly 2 weeks before her birthday, but apparently it states that having it engraved takes longer but please make sure you read the very small print,because it states earlier delivery on the main page, I’ve got to say customer service came across rude and very unhelpful, just emailed me the small print. But the product is great shame about the staff on the keyboard Also had a small dint at the bottom of water bottle but couldn’t be bothered to start another process.”

“I have used these bottles for years, and have all different sizes.They never leak ,I use very large ones to keep drinks ice cold in the summer 🌞 without the need of using fridge space. Also use for milk x Especially good for keeping my coffee very hot . Love these bottles and wouldn't buy any other make x”

“My favourite bottles! I have four and they keep my drinks warm in winter and cool in summer which is so important as a gardener. Lovely designs and hard wearing materials. They arrive quickly too. I love them!”

“Keeps food warm however sometimes difficult to get food out due to shape ... example if you put wings in or even normal food... you would need like a separate plate. Would suggest lowering it more and keeping top part same size as bottom i.e. wide. Also the spoon is quite difficult to close once opened, also would suggest changing this as got this for my daughter and she could not close and I found it bit difficult to close spoon back.”
