“Ordered two for my neices and had their names engraved. Arrived in beautiful containers excellent quality, so pleased. Even with the personalisation arrived very quickly informed at all stages of process.”

“Love my bottle can carry in my handbag and no spills keeps my drinks cold for hours very happy I’ve also got the newt in pink and that 1 is brilliant keeps my drinks fizzy and cold for hours very happy with both bottles”

“Bought my grandson one to use for nursery as he liked mine. Was disappointed that the straw open & close was so stiff he couldn’t operate it himself and therefore no good for the purpose. Can’t remember mine being so difficult to open & close.”

“Love the products. I have at least 5 bottles, cups etc. Best of all is the customer service I have received from Sho. Small issue with a lid that was responded to via email very quickly and in a very polite manner from all who were involved. Then replacement valves posted and lid replaced very quickly at no cost to me. I will be sure to keep using Sho and recommend to friends and family. Thank you Sho, excellent all round.”

“I had bought the cup and sports bottle and so impressed Was fed up with leaky sports bottles so treated myself and it is great So this Christmas also bought another one as a present and treated myself to the food flask to use when I go away in my camper”

“Our whole family have SHO bottles and we even bought for our extended family as Christmas gifts last year. This year we purchased another for our newborn son ready for when he starts weaning however it got lost in the post. I contacted SHO and they sent out a replacement straight away with no questions asked. Great bottles and brilliant customer service. Thanks!”

“The one I purchased was for a c Christmas present so haven't had their opinion yet, however I had one for my birthday this month it doesn't keep the food as hot as I expected but it does the job for a warm lunch. Customer service was great as didnt get my first order and another was sent and arrived in 2 days. Greatly appreciated.”
