“I bought the kids bottle for my grandson and paid extra to have his name engraved on it when it arrived the engraved name had been engraved where it was very difficult to see customer services were very unhelpful Do not waste your money in having your bottle engraved!!”

“Absolutely fantastic! 100% leak-proof. I’m a busy solo cleaner and the (guzzler) bottle comes with me all day every day. It’s the first water bottle I’ve used which hasn’t let me down. It’s sturdy, easy to carry and I can get almost a litre of water in to it, so less refills during my busy day. I think I might by the white one now. Well done to SHO, I highly recommend this bottle for anyone who is on the go all day and wants something reliable.”

“Love these. Customer service was excellent. My cup arrived with a dent and scratch on. I emailed customer service they asked for photos of the damage and then within a day sent me a replacement. AMAZING thank you.”
