“Every single item turned out to be fantastic: my flask (which I purchased over a year ago)is still leak-proof and keeps my water cold, my food flask became my lifesaver when I am working on outreach events. Now I started gifting SHO products to my friends and family.”

“Love SHO products. Also fantastic customer service. I bought a bottle recently (another as I have bought many as gifts and for myself) and didn’t change the delivery address from the last time I used it and it was being sent to the wrong person. SHO was able to notify royalties mail as I told them immediately and intercepted the delivery and had it returned to them. In the meantime that got another out to me which arrived promptly. I am so grateful as it was a Christmas gift. Quality products and service. Highly recommend. I don’t go anywhere else when needing a bottle or food flask.”

“I fine the newt great, it's the only bottle that can take carbonated water, the other bottles i have i have to leave the spout up and it doesn't stay carbonated. There's one problem not a bad one. it's not big enough, it's great to put in a bag but at home a bigger one would be great. Love the colour, I chose my favourite colour.”

“I now have 5 Sho bottles and have given about 5 away as presents. Probably the best drinks bottles I have ever found. I love my Guzzler for keeping my drink so cold for so long and my coffee cup keeping coffee hot for hours too. Best drinks bottles around at the moment. I am now converting the family to them. One by one ☝️”

“Following all the instructions but food is barely warm after a few hours. I've even put tin foil in the top over the food but it's still just tepid at lunch time, Very disappointing also my condiment compartment does not open at all.”

“Not used the food flasks yet, as they are Christmas presents but they look and feel sturdy and great colours. The customer service is brilliant, quick response when I emailed them and really helpful when I decided to swap the flasks for a different size.”

“I was going to give 5 stars, but the reason I didn’t was because I ordered 3 of the children’s bottles and 3 of the lunch bags to match. Now when they arrived the one I got for the little girl was covered in dust and wasn’t exactly clean.”
