“spoke to the sales team about the item been advertised as a drinks holder bottle. which it doesn’t fit or do the job as advertised. Option i was given was to return it if it hadn’t been used. which was also not good as i washed it out before use and filled with my drink and then released it doesn’t fit. Now it has been used so can not do anything with it.”

“I love the colour and design of my sho food flask however I am disappointed that with the temperature of my food at lunchtime, I have followed the instructions and heated with hot water inside first for at least 10-15 mins before I pour my soup or noodles inside, 5 hours later the food is only Luke warm”

“A massive Thank You to the customer service team. You really did go above and beyond. I got in contact with you because I dropped my guzzler bottle and did a good job in breaking the top. However you didn't have the colour that I needed to replace on the website, but that wasn't an issue you worked your magic and this morning I received my lid in the post. Thank you!
