“We ordered 2 750ml classic bottles a few years ago, they have survived school daily activities, after school clubs, football club and family days out. This week however was the week that one drop just landed wrongly and cracked the lid, but not a problem ordered a replacement couple of days it was delivered easy instructions to get the right length on the straw and the bottle is good to go again, no need to replace the whole thing.”

“I bought us a bottle each for going to the Caribbean on holiday… this was the best purchase I could have bought, the bottles kept our water cold for 24hrs + even in constant 32 degree temperatures! We were so pleased with this purchase and would definitely not travel without them again! ❤️”

“The straw broke on my guzzler but couldn’t be replaced as my mother in law bought it as a present and couldn’t find the details of her purchase. I have been trying to buy the replacement lid instead but it has been out of stock for months so unfortunately I have been unable to use.”

“I usually love these bottles but unfortunately the Guzzler I received is faulty. I have sent a message to customer service but I have received no message back. This is disappointing as I have purchased a few bottles/mugs previously which have all been great. Could someone from customer service please contact me to discuss.”

“This is the 4th item brought from I've purchased for my family. The water bottles are excellent for keeping drinks ice cold. I always have ice in my bottle even the next day. I've not yet used my food flask but intend to very shortly. I have also purchase a Ninja water bottle and it is no where as good as a Sho bottle. Great designs and prices also.”

“Bought a food flask. Mountain print design. Absolutely gorgeous and if cause practical. Heat up the flask prior to putting in hot food,I had soup. Stayed hot from 7.30 until I had my lunch at 12.30. Would highly recommend”

“I purchased 2 guzzler bottles recently for my wife and myself and was very happy with them until I dropped mine and the lid cracked and wouldn’t stay tight enough and would pull off too easily spilling drink everywhere. I purchased spare lids and all was fine until the other day another accidental drop and the lid cracked and was again useless. I appreciate it was my fault but i also think there is a design flaw where the plastic lid cannot take a drop and renders the bottle useless. I still use the bottle as we are still on holiday but we have to be extra cautious as whilst holding the bottle the lid flies off and we’re covered in water. I’m now looking at bottles with metal lids that can go the distance and not break just because of an accidental drop. They are great bottles but the fact a spare lid is available as an extra makes you wonder if it would have been better to design that design fault out in the initial design phase? I have one spare lid left and will carry on using the bottle. Good design but slightly flawed.”

“I love my new Guzzler water bottle! I'm a pretty active person and get through a lot of water, so the 1.9l capacity keeps me going all day at work. My new Pacto coffee cup is great too and I'm getting lots of compliments on how pretty it is!”
