Hi Mirto, Thanks for your review. I'm really sorry to hear this. I've had a look into this for you and I can see that your order was sent out on the 5th April (the day after you placed your order) but it got held up with Greek customs for a week once it reached your country. I do apologise for this. Unfortunately, customs checks are outside of our control but I can see that your order has now been released and a delivery attempt has now been made so you should receive your order very soon. “The pacto smaller cup does not fit into any standard cup holder which makes it completely useless as a portable cup. The response from customer service was extremely unhelpful - they told me to buy a cupholder extension from Amazon!! Won't be buying any further products on this basis which is a shame as I use water bottles all the time and was interested in the food flask but will go elsewhere now.”

Hi there, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the shape of the Pacto. Unfortunately, this is too large to fit in the average sized cup holder which is with we do not advertise this on our website. However, all of our product dimensions can be found on our website if you're unsure. I can see that you've been in contact with the customer service team regarding an exchange. Unfortunately, as outlined in our Return Policy, we can only accept a return of a product that is 100% unused or washed out due to hygiene reasons. As you've already used your Pacto, we cannot accept this back for a return or exchange. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused. We did offer advice about a cup holder extender so you could still use the Pacto in a car cup holder, as you intended, as many of our customers use one with a lot of success. “Really quick delivery and good quality items, we have some reusable coffee cups which have been great for keeping hot drinks warm while we run about after our toddler! The thermal food flasks look great, not had a chance to try yet but excited to do so. And my toddler loves their water bottle, definitely helping getting water into him during the day and also really nice colours and quality product, seems like it will stand the test of time!”
