“I love the handbag friendly bottle, it keeps my drinks hot for at least 6 hours. The tumbler isn’t leak proof which is a disappointment and it’s not easy to hold, love the flower design though and looks great..”

“By far the BEST water bottle I have every purchased! I always like to drink COLD water and this literally keeps my water cold for hours!!! Would highly recommend. Only downside was that an offer for buy 2 and get a 3rd free came out shortly after my purchase! I would have certainly taken SHO up on this offer!”

“Great product, reasonable, but not cheap. I'm spoiled by Prime's fast deliveries, so this seemed slow by comparison. It didn't help that I put in the wrong delivery address! #!%£##. DOH! But they were as fast as they could to send it out with the correct address. So no complaints there. Customers services Aced it.”

“I bought two of these. Lovely design patterns but not leak proof as stated. The small hole in the lid allows liquids to seep through if tilted or knocked over. Also, splash back when opening and closing slider on the lid to drink through. Design not great. I’ve got better insulted cups that don’t leak for less money! Very disappointed as I expected more from all the reviews. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing again.”

“Received my Calix insulated mug nice and quickly, great design and clearly very good quality of manufacture and finish. Unfortunately I’ve found it a little awkward in use. There’s a lip on the lid opposite the drinking hole, presumably to help in removing it. In my opinion it would help if there was a lip / slight overhang of the lid on the drinking side too, because the side of the cup soon accumulates some drips and runs.”

“Purchased the food flask and pacto. Design lovely and size wise great but I’m disappointed with the fact that I expected my food to be piping hot after preparing and eating oh my food within 4 hours but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. I’ve filled with boiling water for 10 mins prior to filling and then filling to almost the brim with food but the food is just lukewarm when I’ve come to eat it. I’ve used it twice since receiving it last week. Maybe it’s better for just soups but with the advertising I’ve seen on the items it’s supposed to be excellent for all food types.”
