“Used my new guzzler on the beach in Kefalonia today in 38 degrees! We were there from 10:30 until 16:30 and the water was still very cold! Highly recommended!!”

“Absolutely love these drinks bottles, even better they now come in larger sizes which is a must in this heat, and working long shifts as a nurse! First bottle received damaged however, SHO provided outstanding customer service, where a replacement was sent out promptly. Loving SHO far superior to other brands on the market.”

“I ordered a few items from here, after opening it was clear the non straw cap wouldn't tighten properly and then it wouldn’t undo which was frustrating. I contacted SHO immediately with regards of the faulty cap and they eventually came back and requested a video as proof, I’d already bin the cap after it becoming stuck several times. They wouldn’t replace the £3 cap and I didn’t want to fish through my bins outside to retrieve it after a few days surprisingly. Unfortunately poor quality product and poor customer service.”
