“I ordered a few bottles two weeks before I needed them to take with me abroad as gifts as the site said they despatched within 2-3 days but they weren’t despatched for 6 days. I understand it was December and a busy period but I would’ve appreciated some communication. It all turned out well in the end as they literally arrived 15 minutes before we left for holiday 😮‍💨. Bottles look great and in nice packaging 👍🏼”

“Drinks bottles look good, have not tried them out as bought as Christmas presents, but after a long wait they finally arrived just in time for Christmas, I would suggest they use a different courier from Royal Mail.”

“I have tried this a few times now both pre heated and unheated. It doesn’t stay warm for 10 hours. It’s luke warm in 4:5 hours. Which is a shame.. it’s very pretty we had lilac and I’m sure we will use it in the future! But it may be something I use rather than the little one.”

“The actual item is amazing (Pacto). This is the 5th one I have ordered. However, the delivery was horrendous. It took over 3 weeks to arrive. I appreciate there have been strikes but I didn’t wait anywhere near as long with other online orders.”

“Loved the packaging and customer service. I ordered the mystery box and was pleasantly surprised at the products. Only problem was as a new customer I was not sure what the products were used for and how they were sealed. I will await a reply from Sho.”

“I ordered a mystery box and the three main products are lovely, however it was a shame the sports lid accessory I received isn’t compatible with any of them so is useless unless I buy the sports bottle to go with it. Mystery box was a great idea but a little more thought into how/if the products are compatible would be better.”

“I love my Calix cup. I make my coffee at 10.40 during break working in a primary school. Drink is still hot enough and fresh at 3pm. I’ve bought for 4 other colleagues as gifts and they all agree it was the best gift. I’d just like a lid that closes completely - then would be 5 stars!”

“I was really impressed by contents of the mystery box real value for money. I didn't know what to expect when ordering but so surprised when I received a Food flask, but and a 2.0 original, highly recommend the only thing that is not so good is the free delivery took over a week for parcel to arrive.”

“A good solid jar, nice to hold and doesn't feel uncomfortable to touch with hot liquids. However, I dislike that there is no 'lid'. The lip/mouth part is always open so unless you carry it upright at all times, it can spill. Keeps contents hot for about an hour, warm for two hours or so but I think if you could close the lip/mouth, it would stay hot a lot longer.”
