“I liked the SHO’s I got in the sale but I must admit I wasn’t impress with the packaging , just in a large brown envelope, I know the SHO’s themselves was in a cardboard tube but I think the other package should of been stronger.”

“I ordered the food flask keeps my food cold which is great. However the spoon/fork attached does not stay clipped in the top of the lid. The spoon is also become loose so when using it to eat it starts to fold which is annoying so I have to use a proper spoon.”

“Absolutely love my bottle.. delivery took a while, but there were some strikes to contend with! Sadly my order was incomplete upon delivery, email took 3 days for a response but once I got a response the customer service was quick.”

“I bought the tumbler for work and it's great at keeping my drink warm. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a spill proof lid which I couldn't tell from the pictures and I did need as I have to walk a long way from the kettle to my work place.”

“The bottles are fantastic- I can't fault them at all. My problem is that I bought the 500ml bottles so my little humans could take them to school but the relevant straw accessories have been out of stock for over month and no update despite signing up. I hope there is an update soon, otherwise they will be put to the back of the cupboard until they are older/ more accustomed to drinking from the wide neck which will be a real shame.”
