“Great service and products. We ordered 2 x 170ml water bottles, a large food flask and a calix. All brilliant and keeping our food/drinks hot/cold. My only complaint and why I gave 4 stars is the lid for the calix cannot be closed and because its stainless steel it conducts the heat and is too hot to drink from so you have to let it cool down!! Easy to clean.”

“Fast efficient service, gorgeous flask, lovely colour range, and we appreciated the packaging all being recyclable - keeps food hot until school lunchtime. Only small issue is that the rubber seal around the lid keeps coming off -”

“I love the straw lids and carabiner clips and the bottle brush I ordered. The only reason it's 4 stars is my brush was missing from my original order, but I emailed, the brush was sent, the customer care was excellent in their handing of the missing brush and I received the brush a few days after sending the email”

“I bought the mystery box. Got the mug, water bottle (patterned) and the new style smaller sized food flask. All items will be used not a problem. Love them all. But, the reason I have left 4 stars instead of 5. I gave jith sizes of the original food goals and I can get my hand inside them to given a hood scrub out which they sometimes need if I’ve been out and about and not had chance to rinse out. The new design, gorgeous yellow colour but I can’t fry my hand inside it making it difficult to clean when I’ve had say porridge fir my breakfast and it’s dried all day. That is my only grumble about it, keeps everything piping hot.”

“Overall really happy with the food flask that I purchased, however I paid for the name engraving on it as it was for the wee fella to take to school with his lunch and I was disappointed with that. It was 4 letters that was to be put in it and the writing is tiny. I would really recommend the flask itself but would say not to get the engraving done”

“Keeps everything really hot or cold for hours!! Nice designs and easy to hold. My only thing to make it perfect would be for the hot drink hole in the lid to be close able to stop spillage but otherwise they are brilliant.”

“This thermos has transformed my mealtimes at work. My food in contained securely and remains hot. I do find I have to heat the inside with boiling water and make sure I microwave my food for plenty of time so it remains hot all day! Otherwise it does cool down..”

“Great customer service. When my delivery arrived there was a broken part on the lid. They were easy to contact and replaced it straight away. I’m only giving 1 star less because the food doesn’t stay very hot in the flask 😞”

“Fast delivery, very efficient service. Have lots of bottles and flasks- think I’m a bit addicted! Beautifully packaged too, and drink keeps cold for ages. Recently purchased a straw but find it doesn’t suck well if you screw it right which is annoying so have to leave it loose for it to work.”

“I love Sho products and am a bit of a collector with quite a few bottles and various different cups from the range. I have also bought products as gifts for other people. They have processed faults and returns in a timely manner. After a year of use one of my much used patterned Calix cups has started to peel away, but I have not contacted Sho about this so am not laying fault at the company.”

“I have bought several SHO products and my thoughts are as follows: they are all exceptionally well-made, nice to look at and extremely sturdy. The Calix keeps drinks warm for a long time BUT the lid does not close although I received it with instructions as to how to close it! You cannot drink via the lid unless you want to burn your lips (unless drinking a cold drink). The latest water bottles are the absolute best, leak-proof and keep my water cold all day. Brilliant. The food flask was a great disappointment - despite pre-heating the flask with boiling water for 20 minutes before putting piping hot food in, it was luke-warm 4 hours later. I would like to think it was a faulty batch but I did receive a refund. The Pacto - I bought this to replace the Calix with the new lids but they are only splash-proof, not leak-proof, so the jury is still out on that one. Prompt delivery despite postal strikes and beautifully wrapped - and far cheaper than other companies.”
