“Calling cups are amazing. Coffee stays warm for hours. Only slight problem is that they are not leakproof, so can't carry in my handbag!0”

“The price, designs and quality of these items is fabulous! My kids love their bottles and food flasks and shipped fairly promptly. However, I've ordered twice and had missing items both times. The customer service isn't great. It takes at least two days to receive a reply and whilst they're apologetic, the process is very slow. This means that I've waited a long time for items to arrive and have never been offered any form of discount for the inconvenience.”

“My colleague bought one and was impressed so I did the same. Really impressed with the sleek look, great colour choices too. I work shifts and used mine for soup, had to heat it all up at 5am, by 1pm it was luke warm, just about edible. Granted it was quite a long time but did think it would remain hotter. Nifty spork in the lid, but I keep unscrewing the condiment holder when I unscrew the main lid, but that's a triviality. All in all I love it, will just accept warm soup!”

“Really loved receiving the parcels in great packaging. Have even found a use for the colourful lids. Some of my purchases were greatly received gifts too. Love the colour options, and how everything stays hot or cold as required.”

“Have had two broken sporks, third spork has been replaced with spoon, not spork. Now using own utensils. Weakness to this brand is the utensil. Otherwise all good. Staff have been helpful.”

“delivery took nearly 2 weeks, the cups i got are really nice, good quality but i would like to be able to have a lid for the calix that can close so I can fill it up with tea/coffee at home and then carry it around with me in my bag”

“I love all my Sho bottles and was so happy to purchase another Pacto in another gorgeous colour and to try out the new lid! It’s a great concept and closes nicely - but I wish it was leakproof. I thought it was as I know the clear one isn’t. I learnt the hard way - hence the missing star.”
