“Ordered my bottle, it came with a dent, then a couple of days later I noticed the handle was broken, got in touch with customer service who sorted the problem straightaway and sent a new bottle. Perfect for ice and keeps the drink cold”

“The bottle arrived in good time, it is robust, easy to fill (and empty) and, very easy to clean. I really like the way it keeps the water cooler, more so than previous bottles. I love the colour and ease of use for drinking and although not a priority, it does fit into my cars drinks holder and car door side pockets very well. Highly recommended and a very good price.”

“Disappointing Customer Service – Avoid the SHO Calix if you expect a functional lid I purchased a SHO Calix travel cup as a gift, but on the first use, the lid leaked significantly. In fact, the pressure of the liquid pushed the lid off completely. I contacted customer service within 9 days of receipt to reject the item under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The initial response was helpful, offering troubleshooting tips, and the agent later asked for a video of the fault, which I provided. However, the service became incredibly disappointing after they reviewed the footage. SHO refused a refund, claiming the product is working as intended because the Calix is only advertised as "Splash Proof" rather than "Leak Proof." There is a massive difference between a lid that allows minor splashes and a lid that fails entirely, yet SHO used this semantic technicality to bypass the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To make matters worse, their returns policy is a catch-22: they state that returns must be 100% unused and unwashed to be approved, but you cannot discover a leak without washing and using the item. They have offered to inspect it, but warned that if they deem it "not faulty," they will simply send it back to me. While the staff are polite and reply relatively quickly, the company policy hides behind fine print to avoid responsibility for a poorly designed lid mechanism. Very disappointing experience”
