“Amazing customer care...we have been using SHO products for many years and on 2 occasions i have been in contact first time for a silicon seal and recently a replacement lid which i broke when i dropped the flask.. Both time i was shown care and if we can help we can. Both time i was sent replacement parts no charge not even for postage. We only buy this brand as i have to replace flask with similar problems. The products deliver and thats year on year...Thankyou for be a company that delivers 5star product and customer service..”

“Absolutely love all my sho products and I have a lot 🙈 fab customer service when I had an issue with a seal which was instantly replaced but this was after almost a year of daily use - amazing ! My only gripe is I needed a replacement lid for my coffee travel mug and have had to buy a plain black one and not the matching one that came originally with my mug so now doesn’t match 😢 not a deal breaker will buy more products but disappointing”

“Delighted with the new 750ml Newt. Wider neck easily accommodates ice cubes and it keeps the drink super cool. This is a pricey purchase but you are paying for quality and the bottles last well. We must have purchased around 10 now for the household and as gifts.”

“I love the colours and size of the 1.9L Guzzler… but I put in a lot of ice in order to get my water cold for longer. The whole outside of the bottle felt ice cold to touch? I thought the bottle would be insulated & not leak out cold which I assume works the other way & doesn’t keep drinks as cold as I’d like without an almost full bottle of ice? Is there a fault in the bottle or is this normal? I’d appreciate your feedback. Thanks”

“Our family loves SHO Bottles, and we've built up quite a collection over the years! We have various sizes for different needs, from everyday use to longer days out, and every one has been excellent. They're well made, keep drinks at the perfect temperature, and come in lovely designs. The quality is consistently great, which is why we keep coming back for more.
