“Shiply has a BIG problem with dishonest brokers who will offer you a price, have you wait the maximum allowed pickup days (1-5) then turn around with cookie cut excuses about driver issues. In addition, these SCAMMING brokers will try to get you to pay additional money to what was quoted. Shipy currently have no mechanism place to stop of discourage this behavior so it continue to happen to customers trying to move their cars. I know because it happened to me 2 times in a 2-week span, AMERICAN_WHEELS & Supertransport786 who still have not refunded my booking fee. Shiply's refund process is very slow and they have method to ensure that you receive the booking fee. I will be deleting my account after this review never to return to this platform”

Hello Owen, I'm truly sorry to hear about the sudden increase in the price you experienced. Please note we do not allow couriers to charge extra on top of the quote you have accepted unless there are additional items, change of address and other things that are stated on their Terms and Conditions. The accepted price is what you are expected to pay and no more. Kindly relay this information directly to your chosen courier. “I want to report that someone contacted me pretending to be a buyer. They said they want to purchase something from me and that they will use your company for delivery. They claimed that I need to approve the process, but in reality, when I approve, they will withdraw money from my account. It seems they are misusing your company to scam people, and I don’t think this is very safe.”

“Sofa and chair was picked up in allocated slot. Man with a van was very nice and very helpful ensuring the furniture was safe secured and covered. The sofa was then delivered within the allocated slot 2 days later which was confirmed on collection. Delivery was 200 miles from collection address. No issues at all, excellent service and will definitely use in future.”

“2 gents collected from me today. Both very polite gentlemen- took & loaded the sofa chair no problems. Nice smiley team, they were a tiny bit late but with traffic its totaly understandable. Thankyou. I would recommend the duo that came today. 👌”

“was sent photos of the car prior to the delivery. Kept me informed on the way and sent photos of the car when parked up. No issues and wouldn't hesitate in using him again Job well done”
