“I will start by saying this review is not aimed at Shiply but one of their recommended companies. Swift-Drop - What a joke. Turned up with a small van to move all my furniture having been given a comprehensive list of items in advance and then said they could come back the next day with a bigger van for three times the agreed cost ! I won't even go into their demeanour when they did turn up. Don't waste your money. Swift-drop I wished I'd dropped you !!”

“Good communication. Bike traveled safely and well protected. The payment system is a bit odd using Shiply. First you pay an invoice from Shiply, then you have to send a zelle/venmo, then you pay the driver the balance in cash. It was still the quoted total but kind of strange paying for a service three different ways.”

“I do not recommend the portal for new carriers! Shiply blocks new carrier accounts based on two negative reviews from the same customer (who is actually another carrier from Shiply), he issues negative ratings 5 minutes after accepting the offer, slandering new carriers! Standard procedure: ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER -> NEGATIVE UNBASED COMMENT -> RETURN OF DEPOSIT FROM SHIPLY. The security team is not able to thoroughly analyze the whole situation, they block accounts without reason and do not support new users of the platform! The security team supports the hate that takes place on the portal towards new users. They support users with longer experience who make it difficult for new carriers to work! I am shocked by what is happening on this portal! The entire team working there is suitable for replacement! I DO NOT RECOMMEND”

“We had a long journey of a month when it seemed uncertain if we would get a couple pieces of furniture from across the country, after a relative died. But Freighttrainers stuck with it and kept trying! They found us the kindest, very experienced, patient, and strong mover!”

“I accepted the offer on shiply of the carrier ebuzz. It turned out that the company is registered in England and the Romanian company Bultrans SRL is calling me. The phone numbers were incorrect. The ebuzz company account is registered to an English company. And the company was closed and the account on the portal is still working. It is incomprehensible to me that no one has verified the company now, only me as a person using the portal. I sent customer service information and proof that the company was closed but no one is doing anything about it.”

“Brendan was brilliant. He was very responsive and delivered everything when he said he would. I could not fault his service. Highly recommend. He also delivered all our gear from Devon to a small town in Brittany, France. No issues whatsoever.”

“I sent a bag from Birmingham to London, and it was picked up with TP 7685813 and up on till now my bag had not got to his destination. The bag is going abroad and no information whatsoever with my bag. Please can you help with any information .”
