“Zahlungsmethode Überweisung führt zu langen Verzögerungen, Spediteur wird erst danach über Auftragserteilung informiert. Shiply schickt Nachrichten mit toten Links. Positiv: Man findet leicht seinen Spediteur, das hat wirklich toll geklappt.”

“Great communication from start to finish and Eugene is a master in his craft. Nothing phase him especially as all my furniture are solid units. Himself and his crew did a stellar job in outstanding time from loading at 7am in Reading to being all done at 14:30 in our new home in Cornwall! They are so good we hooked my sister in as well next week! I can’t thank you enough and keep up the great work!”

“I used Arkatrans to move a gypsy caravan (roulotte) . Communication to begin with wasn't great but once loaded and en route , spoke the whole journey via WhatsApp to the drivers boss/partner. The driver himself didn't speak much as he didn't speak French or English but it didn't prevent him from doing his job thoroughly. Very pleased with the service and would recommend anytime”

“I submitted a request for a quote on the same day I purchased furniture that needed to be picked up, as the final sale item was not deliverable. They responded quickly, picked up the item within an hour, and delivered it to my home the same day. Fast, reliable service. I’d be happy to do business with them again in the future.”

“Good site for locating a shipping company for most any type of load. Large motorcycle in my case. Expect to get multiple quotes from multiple transport compnies. At one point I had about 50 emails with quotes. Some shipping companies will quote multiple times lowering their quote as they go. I found that to be a turnoff and disregarded all their quotes after this occured. I selected a company with good reviews and a good quote right from the start. Replies from the actual shipping company through Shiply usually happened within 1 hr.”

“Well, Mike was my shipment handler; he was on point through the whole show, even when my sender decided not to release the pack after the shipper arrived to collect it. Mike handled it calmly and with minimal deviation from the original financial plan. I would definitely use the service again!”
