“Opened the ISA because of a cashback incentive. The purchase is not showing in my cashback account and this is, apparently, because Shephers Friendly have failed to sort out internal processes properly. Not off to a great start, but hoping managing the ISA is a better experience.”

“Recently joined. The joining process was quite simple, clear and easy to follow and understand. All agreement documents were emailed to me as soon as I completed the registration process. I haven't been with Shepherds for a longer period of time yet, so I can only comment on the registration process. I would definitely recommend.”
