“The entire experience went very smoothly indeed. The surveyor contacted me promptly, arranged a suitable time which was convenient to me. He surveyed my property in a very professional manner and explained the process going forward. What didn't go well was that three times the SurvPoint website rejected my payment, thus delaying the availability of the report. Eventually I had to ask my estate agent to make payment on my behalf.”

“Shepherd Chartered Surveyors came recommended and they did not disappoint. They responded swiftly to the request for a survey. The surveyor was very pleasant and professional. He had a thorough knowledge of the local housing market. The property was sold on the first day of viewing. Well done to Shepherd.”

“I felt Shepherd Chartered Surveyors were entirely inadequate in their roll. Originally had incorrect contact details for myself, meaning my report was 10 days later than expected, it wasn't until I intervened that home report was supplied. Secondly; had an incorrect address for my property that had been surveyed, again more work on my part to chase up. Thirdly incorrect details regarding fireplace and chimney stacks, again my work to amend this. I would like to add that the gentleman that did the survey was very pleasant. I have spoken to halliday who insist this was a fault from Shepherd Chartered Surveyors on all fronts. All this hassle has added much time on bringing my property to market. I would like to speak to someone from yourselves in regards to this complaint.”

“Team Shepherd came to our property and gave the whole home a thorough going over. Being a seller it’s nervous but. Ring a buyer of our property makes you feel like you have ran an iron man. They found a couple minor issues external to the property that we discussed and subsequently rectified with positive support from team shepherd! Safe hands. Robust surveys.”
