“The home report team were very thorough and professional. They have produced an accurate report for our house which will hopefully have a huge benefit in helping the viewers reach a positive conclusion. Many thanks. Regards David and Lynn STENSON”

“We recently decided to sell a house that had been vacated by a long term tenant, leaving the house in poor condition, with some issues. Shepherds were asked by our estate agents to advise us on essential repairs before putting the house on the market. They responded immediately and were extremely helpful, giving good advice. They subsequently completed the home report in an exemplary fashion. We are very appreciative of their help in arranging a successful sale of the property.”

“Dreadful service. Concerns not taken seriously. Too many very basic mistakes. Head office wouldn't offer any help to resolve matters.”

“Our property was over valued. We have had to reduce the sale price by £25,000 as a result. We will not achieve home report figure at all.”
