“The process of instructing a Home Report was fairly straightforward and with it all being in an online platform made the whole process easy to use and navigate. “When the 2 men arrived neither of them introduced theirselves which I found a little rude as they were coming into my property. It was as if we were under review not the flat, it made me feel a little uncomfortable and I’m glad I had a family member there with me.”

“Category 2. The roof was Category 2 but so was the kitchen cupboards. A big difference. Some bank manager giving out mortgages and sees too many Category 2 will refuse mortgage, hence delaying the sale.”
