“I opened my first ever policy in 2017 and have always trusted Sheffield Mutual Friendly Society with my money because the staff are so helpful, supportive and friendly right from the beginning and have remained consistently so. My second policy taken out today was handled very professionally by Becky and then by Megan. I am happy with the quick service, the thoughtful questions and the support. I would like to mention also that I always thought you had to have hundreds of pounds to open a policy and this discouraged me from going ahead, but this is not the case, and Sheffield Mutual Friendly Society can advice on what policy you can start with and help you invest and grow what you have. I am really happy with the service.”

“I have just opened a second junior isa for my youngest child this time, very easy and most of all understandable, very happy with the service and full of confidence with this particular society.”

“I had lost information on my daughters Child Trust Fund and HMRC sent me a letter with the details of the establishment who was looking after her fund. I then contacted Sheffield Mutual to whom I had contact with a lovely lady called Abby. Through emails and form filling that was all done in a few hours. It was very easy to do and amazed how quickly everything was competed for me. Great customer service and rapid response my my matters.”

“I spoke to Paul he is very good at explaining the options available for saving accounts. He clarified any of my questions and he is extremely knowledgeable in relation to the options that are available. He is friendly and very polite. I would recommend Sheffield Mutual friendly society as they are very willing to support their customers and to do a good job.”

“Always easy to deal with, regardless of whether that is opening an account, closing an account of just general queries, they are always efficient, helpful and knowledgeable, unlike some other companies who are quick to take your money but have terrible customer service when you try to get it back. Highly recommend”

“Sheffield Mutual, without doubt has to be one of the most effective and efficient organisation I have had the pleasure to deal with. I have been a member for some time and have many policies yet their speed with which they get back to you is simply brilliant. Only yesterday I requested a form via email and only minutes later Bev replied. They are friendly.and are extremely reliable with regards to investment returns. Thank you Sheffield Mutual.”
