“I have a number of Investment Bonds, one of which has reached maturity and required some advice on procedure. Got through easily on the telephone and spoke to Curtis. I was not rushed as we discussed the investment. It was great to speak to someone who cares is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am a big fan of mutual organisations and especially with Sheffield, who I often recommend to friends and family. Keep up the good work, of a very caring and efficient service.”

“I have a Junior ISA in my daughter's name which is ticking along nicely. We are no longer UK residents and were told 6 months ago by Sheffield Mutual it would be very difficult to transfer the money to my daughter's overseas account, which caused me some concern. However, last week a Sheffield Mutual representative phoned me and told me this information was incorrect and money can be transferred to overseas accounts. The representative was polite, knowledgeable and helpful and has put me at ease as to the transfer to my daughter's account in 4 years. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Sheffield Mutual and can recommend them to anyone who is considering opening a JISA.”

“I´ve saved with friendly societies for over 30 years & always been happy with the returns, but when a policy recently matured with another company, I found my existing provider somewhat inflexible to renew, so, searching online, I found Sheffield Mutual & was subsequently very pleased with their openness, flexibility & efficiency. I hope to continue saving with them for many years to come.”

“I have been saving with Sheffield Mutual for many years and have various types of accounts. I only open an account if I fully understand where my money is going to be invested. This information is given in a way I understand and jargon free. The 'phone is always answered promptly and my enquiry is dealt with by staff who 'know what they are talking about' I have no hesitation in recommending Sheffield Mutual.”
