“Been with SM for eight years. They have superb staff and offer fair rates. Every time I have dealt with them, I have only praise for their courtesy and knowledge! Recently dealt with Lauren who was so helpful with my emails and phone call? I was able to carry out a transaction quickly and easily. Thank you Lauren. I would recommend SM for investments - an excellent society to trust with your money!”

“I have just started 2 new policies for my grandchildren, Sam dealt with my query and was extremely helpful and efficient. Whenever I contacted Sheffield Mutual the customer service was friendly, professional very helpful. I would definitely recommend 100%.”

“I have dealt with Sheffield Mutual since 2011. They are always so helpful and professional. Call them and the call gets answered by someone who can help you within a few moments. Follow up is great and timely, paperwork comes out quickly and as promised. They are professional in their approach. My recent interaction with Sam L was excellent when taking out a new policy. Recommended!”

“I wanted to set up a new policy for my new granddaughter, spoke to Sam who was very helpful over the phone and talked me through it very easily. Within a few days I had a policy to read through and sign and return. I would like to thank Sam for all his help.”
