“My wife has been a member of your organisation for 8 years and I have always been impressed with your efficient and prompt service whenever she has called. She usually deals with Peter who is always patient and helpful and explains everything fully. As we have our first grandchild on the way, I called and spoke to a very helpful lady called Alison who explained the application process. This was followed up with the necessary paperwork within 2 days. She also pointed out the refer a family/friend reward scheme for new members like me and added that as a long standing member, my wife was eligible for an optical and dental grant too. In an increasingly impersonal world where call centres, endless hold music and being passed from department to department seems to have become the norm, how refreshing to find a company that still values its customers so highly. Some of the bigger organisations operating in financial services could learn a lot from Sheffield Mutual.”

“Thomas was very pleasant made me feel very comfortable on my call. It wasn’t straight into business like you get with other providers. Thomas spoke about the up and coming weekend what I was doing etc. Thomas also took time to discuss my new application and went into great detail, absolute fantastic customers service. Would recommend SM to anyone, top marks”

“This is the first time I have had any dealings with Sheffield Mutual. The people that I spoke to were very knowledgeable with the products that were on offer. I would certainly recommend Sheffield Mutual for any financial questions that you have re investments.”
