“I’ve been saving with SMFS for a number of years now the customer service agents are always polite and friendly. Their savings policies come with fantastic incentives more so than any other savings products in the market. I have three savings plans with them and so far so good. Well done SMFS!”

“I spoke to Megan Batty about a few policies I have with Sheffield Mutual and found her to be cordial knowledgeable and her explanation of my policies were easy to understand. She explained my options going forward and to post me information and application forms. I’m very happy with my experience.”

“My experience today with Sheffield Mutual was excellent. I was welcomed in a friendly but professional way by Dawn and then given all the help I needed by Emily who was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She listened carefully to my questions and answered them clearly. I was given the space to check that I understood the information. There was no pressure of any kind to purchase a product, though I feel sure I will be doing once I have discussed things with my family. Thank you so much, today's communication was extremely helpful. 🙏😊”

“Dawn, Sue and Bev are fully aware of my circumstances and always very caring and helpful when I make enquires and prompt to deal with my financial requests. It is very reassuring and much appreciated to have such a personalised service when dealing with a close relatives illness and ongoing care. I agree with comments below the telephone is answered promptly and all staff are friendly and helpful.”

“I am happy to say I have found Sheffield Mutual Friendly Society fantastic. Although I'm a confident user of the Internet, booking holidays ordering things on line and online banking, I'm not very savvy when it comes to investments and pensions etc. I have found SMFS fantastic. Calls are always answerd quickly with no recorded messages and hanging on listening to continous music, but straight through to extremely helpful advisors. I can highly recommend this society.”
