“Having been recommended to Sheffield Mutual i called them this morning. Emily was extremely helpful and very efficient in both explaining my options to invest and answering my questions. The process of application on the investment ISA was very easy and again any questions or concerns i had were resolved by Emily. I would recommend anyone to contact and consider investing with Sheffield Mutual Friendly Society.”

“Spoke with Sam today with enquiries about opening an investment ISA once my Child Trust Fund is finished and the customer service was the best I've ever received. Proper nice man, helped with every single question and with setting up everything up, couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thanks Sam you're the best.”

“I currently have a policy with Sheffield Mutual and I spoke with Sam today to enquire about opening another. Sam talked me through what was available, checked I had all the information needed, and explained how the policy could be opened. He represented Sheffield Mutual by being extremely respectful, friendly and knowledgeable and a it was pleasure to speak with him. The company has always offered excellent customer service and happy to help with questions and queries.”

“I spoke to Sam he had the problem of me not being ready, so called back at a better time. All sorted, time well tell if it works as we all want. I have also have good history with dealings with Sheffield Mutual. This review will not get more getting the great accounts that Sheffield Mutual has and to get good returns this great Friendly Society has on. This will them to help more gain.”
