“Just spoke with Sam Lee who remembered me from our previous phone calls. That alone shows what great customer service you get with Sheffield Mutual. He sorted out opening the product I wanted over the phone making it a totally seamless for me. Once again 5 star service from Sam. Thank you.”

“Just had a maturity payment for a 10 year Tax Exempt Savings Plan and taking into account the guarantees this plan offered I was very satisfied with the maturity value. I have now taken out a new plan with the assistance of Sam at Sheffield Mutual. Customer service is second to none at the member owned Sheffield Mutual.”

“Spoke to a helpful lady, explained my query and she put me straight through to Megan Batty. I wanted to take another Regular Saving Plan with Sheffield Mutual and Megan was able to explain everything to me and made it a quick and easy process. “Very positive experience, the child friendly tax exempt savings plan, means we can handle the policy until the grandchildren are of age, which is reassuring. The ethic and general customer service offered in the form of follow up calls etc is a real treat in this modern day, when customer service standards seem to be vary wildly.”

“A great company to deal with and I'm more than happy to recommend them. I wanted to take out additional savings plans, and spoke with Sam Lee, who talked me through the details and changes I needed to make. He was very patient and carefully explained anything I wasn't sure of. Thanks to Sam, all details were taken over the phone, meaning I didn't need to fill in the paperwork.”
