“This company has exceeding all my expectations . They are very professional , prompt and actually care. Communication is excellent and friendly. They are clear and patient when the process could of been overwhelming they were always at the end of the phone to answer queries and questions. I would highly recommend using them and will use them again in the future. Thankyou”

“Spoke to Megan Batty, who helped me sort out my Investment Bond. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Received necessary documentation in post immediately, enabling me to proceed. Made me aware of other possibilities. I was impressed by speed of phone call being answered and politeness , and call back quickly as promised. Thank you regards Andrea”

“I must say that Nick Prewett was very professional and spent a considerable amount of time with me. He explained everything to me in great detail and it was an absolute pleasure talking to him. If everybody at Sheffield Mutual is as good as Him, it will be a pleasure doing business with you.”

“I’ve been saving with SMFS for a number of years now the customer service agents are always polite and friendly. Their savings policies come with fantastic incentives more so than any other savings products in the market. I have three savings plans with them and so far so good. Well done SMFS!”

“My experience today with Sheffield Mutual was excellent. I was welcomed in a friendly but professional way by Dawn and then given all the help I needed by Emily who was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She listened carefully to my questions and answered them clearly. I was given the space to check that I understood the information. There was no pressure of any kind to purchase a product, though I feel sure I will be doing once I have discussed things with my family. Thank you so much, today's communication was extremely helpful. 🙏😊”

“Dawn, Sue and Bev are fully aware of my circumstances and always very caring and helpful when I make enquires and prompt to deal with my financial requests. It is very reassuring and much appreciated to have such a personalised service when dealing with a close relatives illness and ongoing care.
